With over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private advisory, Rémi has held senior roles at institutions such as Crédit Agricole, RBS, and RBC, focusing on multi-asset derivatives and complex client mandates. He later founded two consulting firms dedicated to UHNWI and family offices, advising on strategic allocation and co-investment frameworks.
A recognized expert in private markets, Rémi brings deep insight and deal access across alternative asset classes. At SWISSEON, he channels this expertise to support a new generation of investors with curated opportunities and strategic perspective.
Thang Nguyen
Founding Partner
Thang brings over 15 years of experience in trading, structured finance, and real estate. He began his career at BNP Paribas, then joined a hedge fund and later MKS Pamp Group, where he specialized in risk and investment strategies in global commodities.
A recognized authority in Swiss real estate, he co-founded Swissroc Group in 2014, leading growth and execution across large-scale developments. At SWISSEON, he leverages this operational precision and entrepreneurial mindset to deliver innovative solutions across the broader private markets landscape.
Jade Reymond
Chief of Staff & Business Operations
With over 17 years of experience across finance, private banking, and private equity, Jade brings a unique combination of operational leadership, strategic coordination, and client understanding.
She spent more than a decade advising high-net-worth individuals within Switzerland’s leading private banks, before transitioning to a boutique private equity firm, where she deepened her expertise in investor relations and specialized investments.
At SWISSEON, Jade works closely with the Founding Partners, acting as a central point of coordination across strategic initiatives, business operations, and internal execution.
Her financial background, sound judgment, and operational versatility make her a key driver of the firm’s precision and continuity.
Simon Crahay

Simon combines institutional finance with international exposure and a deep commitment to impact.
Holding an MBA from KU Leuven, he began his career at the World Trade Organization before joining a Swiss private bank, where he advised high-net-worth individuals — including entrepreneurs and professional athletes — on structuring and preserving their wealth.
He brings a client-focused mindset shaped by cross-border experience and a passion for tailor-made solutions.
Beyond finance, Simon is the founder of SheKicks, a social initiative empowering
young girls in East Africa through football, education, and psychological support.
